Procedure, Terms & Conditions

Before filling the application and making the payment for Changed / Corrected / Updated Aadhaar Card (Lamitated & Colored), please read the following Procedure , Terms and conditions:
  1. Service will be available only for English-Hindi Aadhaar Card only. Service for Aadhaar Card containing other local languages (Other than Hindi) will not be available.
  2. Colored & Laminated Aadhaar Card will be sent.
  3. Aadhaar Card will be sent / dispatched by Indian Registered Post OR Indian Speed Post as per customer's demand and company will be free from all the responsibilities.
    1. after dispatching through Indian Post and
    2. After sending intimation of dispatch with postal Receipt No. by sms / email.
  4. Aadhaar Card will be delivered through post at your present address filled in the online application.
  5. All mandatory fields (* starred fields) are to be filled compulsorily in the order form. If you are unable to fill any such mandatory fields (* starred fields), we will not be responsible for processing your order.
  6. Your order will be processed on your behalf and after processing your order, applicant will receive / get 'One Time Passward' (OTP) on his Registered Mobile Phone Number.
  7. Just before and after the processing of your order, we will call you and as soon as, you receive the OTP(One Time Passward) , you will have to forward the OTP to Mobile Phone No.(from which you will receive the call from our company).
  8. In case, you fail to provide your allotted Aadhaar No. OR fill incomplete and incorrect information in your order OR you fail to forward / send the OTP (One Time Passward) to us on our above referred Mobil Phone No., even after 3 attempts, your order (For downloading updated / corrected E-aadhaar) will be rejected and charges will be refunded after deducting Rs. 100/-.
  9. In case, you want to cancel your order, you may cancel your order by sending an email to [email protected] under the subject ' Cancel Aadhaar 'mentioning your order No. but not later than 5.00 PM of next working day of the date of order. In such cancellation, charges so paid online will be refunded after deducting 10% of gross amount paid by you.
  10. It should be clear in your mind that our company is not an agent or representative of Govt. Of India or any other authorized agency for Aadhaar Card / Uidai but our company is just a private service provider just to assist the applicants who are not equipped with Colored Printer and Lamination Machine etc. . Entire process will be performed for and on behalf of you. This service is being provided only for existing 'Aadhaar Holders' Only.
  11. It is further clarified that considering the problems of Applicant for Correction / Updation in Aadhaar Card / data, our company has taken this initiation to provide 'Online Aadhaar Services' through it's own website www.etdsdsc.com.
