A copy of DSC Form has been sent to your email address

Your Digital Signature Certificate Application shall be processed only when a scanned or soft copy of the application form duly signed, photo affixed and supporting documents attached is sent at [email protected]. In addition to the scanned or soft copy, the Application Form completed in all respects should be received within 15 days at the below mentioned address otherwise the DSC so issued on the basis of scanned / soft copy of the Application Form (complete in all respect) shall be cancelled.
