Applicant will be provided latest information relating to an Indian company
as available with any ROC such as Name / CIN No. of Company, Address of Company,
Date of Incorporation, Authorised Capital, Paid-up Capital, Details of Charge Created,
Date of Latest AGM, Name & Addresses of Directors and DIN No. of Directors (minimum)..
Charges will be Rs. 100 95/- per company.
Applicant will be provided copies of latest documents so filed with ROC by an
Indian company such as Directors Report for AGM, Audit Report, Audited Balance
Sheet, Audited Profit & Loss Account and some other uploaded Forms (Not Necessary) etc.
Charges will be Rs. 400 380/- per company.
If you do not know / have complete name of any company but you know / have only First Name or incomplete name or part name of that company and name of any director (if possible), applicant will be provided complete list of all such companies having identical / resembling names (Name of Maximum 50 Companies).
Charges will be Rs. 200 190/- per company.
Applicant will be provided complete list of directorship of any person / Director i.e. Directorship Status in all Indian companies. Applicant should try to mention complete information in the format of Complete Name* / Father’s Name / Date Of Birth of that Director / person in continuation but ‘complete name’ of Director himself is compulsory.
Charges will be Rs. 300 285/- per company.
